Customer represents and warrants that he (or she) has deleted and destroyed the intellectual property and all copies of the intellectual property described below. The intellectual property was licensed to the customer for use under the terms of the applicable software license agreement. Please note that some credit cards may not reflect the refund on your credit card for up to 30 days.

Upon receipt of this letter via fax or mail VisiComp, Inc. shall refund the price of the product to the Customer. Such refund will be made by a credit to the credit card used to purchase the software.
