If you are not satisfied with one of our products you may return downloaded products within 30 days for a full refund. Simply follow the directions below and the credit card number used for the original purchase will be credited within two business days upon receipt of the completed and signed return letter. Please note that some credit cards may not reflect the refund on your statement for up to 30 days.

To Return Downloaded Software:
To return Software you must first destroy the software and all copies of the software. Then submit a Letter of Software Intellectual Property Destruction. You can download the letter or call 831-335-1820 to obtain a copy. In order to process your refund you must fill in all the requested information and sign the letter.
